Object of research: organization and functioning of the system of use of land of administrative-territorial unit in the conditions of transformation economy. Results: the effective methods of perfection of organizational forms of state administration the system of use of land of administrative-territorial unit are developed. It is inculcated in practice of work of city advice Gorlovka of the Donetsk region.
