Essay

Technical-organizational solutions of multistorey superstructures on the base of constructive solution analysis of one series section 1-335 of five-storey dwelling house. Intervention methods are the economic evaluation of effectiveness of superstructure comparable variants, natural exponent calculation for mass and cost determination of constructions. It is established the model of economic evaluation effectiveness of superstructure erection of various number of storeys from metal and monolithic reinforced concrete on the base of materials consumption, labouriousness, and reduced term of construction. The design procedure of various steel grades efficiency for superstructures is firstly developed. Work results have been applied at the design institute “Pridneprovsky Promstroyproekt” (c. Dniepropetrovsk). The cost efficiency of work result application is 180391 USD. The application field is houses of the first mass series built in 1950-60s
