Economic criminality as a social phenomenon. Substantiation of methodological and deepening of methodical approaches concerning statistical estimation of economic criminality in Ukraine and its regions. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, modelling and prognostication. It was expound the basic research results of theoretical analysis aspects of economic criminality and methodology improvement of complex statistic estimation for economic criminality in Ukraine in transformational economy conditions. It was offered a complex of theoretic-methodological regulations and practical recommendations concerning crimes accounting, using methods and analysis results of economic criminality in Ukraine. It was proved expediency and advantages of intensity indexes system application, decomposition of economic criminality general level into special and partial levels, cluster analysis method and rating estimation of Ukrainian regions social exertion according to economic criminality level.
