Makara O. Socially-focused planning of the innovation development of an industrial plant

Theory-methodical principles of forming socially-focused system of planning the innovation development of an industrial plant are elaborated. The study has proved the rightful existence of the categories of the “innovation process mission” and the “innovation mission”. The social consequences of the innovation process has been studied too. The main tasks of the plant development innovation process in the social sphere were investgated and found out. It was also proved that these tasks are to be the basis of the social development program of the whole region. The social functions of the innovation development of the plant were formulated and specified. There were distinguished the following functions among them: the functions of consumption, production and environment protection. The correlation between the social tasks and social functions of the innovation development was established.
