Essay

Complex research is devoted to the questions of improvement of early diagnostics of neurologic disorders and substantiation of primary and secondary preventive measures in teenagers with systemic dysplasia of a connective tissue. The outcomes complex clinical and neurovertebrological research of the teenagers with systemic dysplasia of connective tissue, frequency and nature of neurologic manifestation with distribution on a degree of their severity, features of cerebral hemodynamics, morphological, functional and biomechanical features of the cervical department of the spine and disorders of static-locomotor functions are present. Conceptual and quantitative biomechanical models of intense deformed conditions of the cervical department of the spine in conditions of dysplastic process are elaborated. On the basis of the analysis of neurologic frustration formation mechanisms the expediency of application of diagnostic and preventive clinical standards is substantiated in prophylactic medical examination of teenagers with systemic dysplasia of connective tissue.
