Object of research: processes of management by development of industrial enterprises as socio-economic systems of activity. Purpose of research: development of the methodological and instrumental providing of process of synthe-sis of mechanisms of development on industrial enterprises. Methods of research: systems analysis, economic cybernetic engineers, theory of the systems, theory of optimum management, economic-mathematical design, methods of ex-pert estimations, imitation design. Results: the results of analysis of approaches to construction of mechanisms of development of industrial en-terprises are improved; conception of synthesis of mechanisms of development of industrial en-terprises is developed; the structural model of process of reflection management by an indus-trial enterprise is improved; the mechanism of management by development of industrial en-terprise is offered; the mathematical model of processes of development of industrial enter-prise is developed; the method of diagnostics ofthe control system of industrial enterprise is de-veloped; the system of support of acceptance of decisions to the management by development of industrial enterprise is developed; efficiency of management by development of industrial en-terprise on the base of practical realization of results of research is proved.
