Essay

Ther research is devoted to an estimation of the reasons of inefficient treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF) and atrial flutter (AFL) by method radiofrequency (RF) atrioventricular (AV) junction ablation. RF AV junction ablation with implantation pacemakers is a reliable quality monitoring of frequency of intimate reductions. Is established, that AV the department of conducting system has variants of topography to what it is connected nonefficiency RF ablation performed by a femoral venous approach. At an inefficiency or numerous relapses as alternative femoral venous approachit is necessary to use retrograde arterial approach. Which application has allowed to increase general efficiency RF AV junction ablation at patients from AF from 94 % up to 100 %, and also has lowered quantity of relapses in direct and in the remote postoperative periods from 14 % to 10,2 %. At carrying out RF ablation cavotricuspid istmus isthmus as criterion of efficiency of procedure blockade on an isthmus verified stimulation or electroanatomic mapping serves тwo-directed. Application stimulation and electroanatomic mapping and as 8 mm and cooled electrodes for RF ablation have allowed to increase to us general efficiency RF ablation up to 95,15 % to lower common time of procedure, time of radio-frequency applications, to reduce time of x-ray influence for an organism of the patient and the doctor.
