Karmaza O. Inheritance in modern international private law.

Complex scientific research of inheritance in modern international private law is conducted in the Thesis. Special attention is paid to the substantive norms and collision rules of inheritance law, which are incorporated into the legislation of countries with continental and common law systems. Also collision rules regarding inheritance according to the Law of Ukraine 'On international private law' are analyzed. Moreover international conventions and other agreements controlling inheritance relations are investigated. Some practical recommendations regarding improvement of some provisions of Civil Code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine 'On international private law', international bilateral agreements of Ukraine on legal relations and legal assistance in civil cases are given in the Thesis.
