Sakara N. The problem of justice accessibility in civil cases

The thesis represents one of the first Ukrainian special scientific researches related to legal form of defense, that guarantee the right to a fair trial in civil cases as a generally admitted right to all persons. Thesis developed that justice accessibility is a standard of fair justice. The procedural institutes and procedures that guarantee every person the unimpeded circulation to the court and a fair, effective defense was analyzed. The model of fair legal proceeding is presented, which is a form of accessible justice realization. The structural characteristic of justice accessibility in civil cases was investigated.
