Cherpack A. Corporate control development in transition economy

Corporate government process in public corporations in transition economies is targeted. Theoretic substantiation of conceptual basis of corporate control development is presented as well as scientific and methodical recommendations for corporate control system's adaptation to the conditions of transition economy are defined. Methods: generalization and semantic analysis; abstract and logical analysis; systematization; formalization; statistical and techno-economical analysis; observation and comparison; classification; analysis and synthesis; experiment. Theoretic-methodological basis of corporate control's system formation and development during the process of balancing the interests of stakeholders is worked out and are determined the instruments for increasing the efficiency of corporations' activities. Scientific novelty of results is represented by defining the principles of corporate control, invention of mechanism for adaptation corporate control systems to the conditions of transition economies; systematization of sources and methods of the insider's rent misappropriation. The practical application has taken place for the mechanism of corporate control system's improvement, the methods of protection the minor stakeholders' rights, the instruments of preventing the insider's rent. Acceptable for public corporations, state authorities authorized to manage corporate rights and education process.
