The plant-processes of fulfilment of effective functioning the plant of sugar industrial in market conditions. The target-to elaborate and to improve theoretic-methodological approaches to form organizational and economical mechanism of effective functioning of sugar-beet complex of Ukraine and acknowledgment of applet recommendations,which will include specific conditions region's-branch complex. Methods of research: enumerate calculation and analysis, comparison, as well as economic and statistic, graphic ones. A complex system of government control arrangements is worked out in the thesis. It provides effective work of sugar industry enterprises. The forecast different variants of the development of sugar industry enterprises in connection with Ukraine's entering into WTO. It is offered to form sugar State intervention Fund to make the intervention purchase of sugar. The results of research are introduced into practice of work of the enterprises of sugar industry.
