The rescarch work deals with the investigation of the effectiveness of the light stimulation of the sense organ of sight on the processes of the organism adaptation to the deleterious influence of the cardiotoxsc doses of adrenalin, hypoxic hypoxia, physical exertion and the pathogenetic explanation of the exposed changes. In the dissertation it has been pointed out that in case of the adrenalin failure of the heart, the previous light stimulation of the sense organ of sight by the red light causes the decreasing of the indexes, the activity of aminotransferases, the endotoxic amount in the blood serum and the increasing of the antioxydate protection. The extension of the life duration of the experimental animals in the modeled hypoxia leads to less fluctuations of the electrocardiogram indexes. The adaptation possibilities of a person to physical exertion are also increased under the influence of the light stimulation of the sense organ of sight.
