Bondar T. Socio-economic Development of Rural Areas and Trends of its impovement

The dissertation substantiates the results of the theoretical and practical re-search of the socio-economic development of the regional rural areas. It has im-proved the definition of the rural area as a complex socio-economic environ-ment, grounded the peculiarities, functions and the mechanisms of the develop-ment of the rural localities in the conditions of reforming APC, methodological and methodical approaches as to the estimation of the rural environment ele-ments. Special attention was paid to the research of the rural areas in Kherson region as a region with a complicated demographic situation and destructive processes in its villages.
