Haraborska Y. Methods of assessment and assortment of decisions in a process of arhitectural research of residentifl areas of cities

Object of research - integrated, from a functional point of view, the initial structural elements of residential areas of cities. The aim of research is working out effective methods of assessment quality of residential areas of cities (for example districts). Methods of research are found on using techniques approach and principle of general theories of systems and existing facts of scientific researches in field of quantitative assessment of formalization and algoritmisation of process of assessment of residential creation on early stages of proectation. Scientific novelty of research take place in creation of modern system methods and criteria of quantitative and functional-planning analyzing on early stages of architectural proectation; in working out methodical and typological recommendation for optimization project decision; in determination and substantiation conception of “integrated residential creation” (IRC).
