Essay

The paper presents a criminalistic classification of female victims of violent crimes and characterizes each of the classification groups from the point of view of their influence on the interrogation tactics. The conclusion has been made that the study of a female victim personality is a necessary prerequisite of the effectiveness of her interrogation. In this connection some propositions as to the notion, functions and methods of the criminalistic study of the victim have been developed.
