Essay

This dissertation is devoted to theoretic and sciences-methodological basses of the mechanism of aviation risks reinsurance organization in insurance companies taking into account insurer’s internal and external environments. Practical implementation of facultative and obligatory forms of aviation risks reinsurance is reviewed. The capacity of Ukrainian insurance market is estimated. The variant of effectiveness supplying of the reinsurance mechanism adaptation in insurance company is proposed. The recommendations concerning achievement of interests harmonization of all parties on insurance market are offered.
