The paper deals with the investigation of the social, political and artistic preconditions of the "Women's Fate" founding, literary and critical, public reports in terms of the feministic problems in that time. Also have been evaluated the role and the place of the issue mentioned above in the development of the Ukrainian national culture, literature and art.
