Karlyuka D. Improvement of management by innovative development of flax enterprises.

In dissertation the signs are selected and the features of management by innovative development of enterprises of the primary processing of flax are generalized, the reasons of the crisis state are marked, main factors, that hinder to the process of introduction of innovates, are definite, conceptual reference points and instruments of realization of tasks of development are outlined. The algorithm of forming of cvalimetric indexes of estimation of level of innovative development of enterprise of flax processing industry is offered. The order of determination of priority directions of innovative development is improved as a mobilizing factor of rise of efficiency of work of enterprise taking into account the innovative policy of the state and forms of financing of innovative process. Recommendations are formulated in relation to directions of realization of innovative projects of development of enterprises of flax processing industry.
