Object of the study is processes of the shaping and use electronic information resource enterprise. Objective of the study is the most further development of the theoretical positions and development methodical recommendation on shaping electronic information resource as one of the element non-material resource and efficiency of their use enterprise. Methods of research are system approach, analysis and syntheses, economy-statistical analysis, grouping and generalizations of the factors, expert estimation, benchmark analysis, theories decision making. Theoretical and practical results: they are generalized and deepened conceptual bases of the shaping and use electronic information resource that will allow to improve electronic document processing a subject managements. Novelty is development theoretical bases and development methodical approach to shaping and use electronic information resource as one of the element non-material resource enterprise. Degree of introduction by: SE "Centre state land cadastre under Goskomzeme of Ukraine" and its regional branches, branch "Central-town branch Prominvestbanka in Makeevka of Donetsk area". Branch of application is enterprises any property category all branches to industry.
