Essay

Object: process of agrarian enterprises development and effective organisational and economical mechanism forming in the post-reform period. Purpose: working out and grounding of organisational and economical mechanism of management in agriculture for the increase of agrarian enterprises production efficiency. Methods: monographic, economic- statistic, abstract-logical, balancial, economic-mathematical, calculative-constructive. Results: improvement of organisational and economical mechanism and rise in the efficiency of production in the agrarian enterprises. Noverty: methodical approach of profit forming and distributing for the structure units has been proposed for the first time; the necessity of the Council of the owners creation has been grounded; the term "organisational and economical mechanism of development of agrarian enterprises" has been improved. The external economic mechanism of enterprises development has been defined. The methodical approaches to improvement of the leased land andproperty relationships has been proposed. The proposals as to perfection of economical relationships inside agrarian enterprise has been grounded; the further development of methodical aspects of economical mechanism elements has been achieved; the peculiarities resource potential in agriculture attained the further development. Sphere of introduction: agrarian enterprises, state governing bodies, educational establishments.
