Nazarenko O. Rental land relations and their improvement mechanism under market conditions.

Object: the agricultural lands belonging to the land users of Sumy region. Purpose: to ground the main points, the points going before, regulativities, principles of function and improvement of the economical mechanism of renting land and its role in making rational, ecologicaly oriented agricultural land using. Methods: monographic, historical, economic-statistical, of balance, graphic, statistical groupings, abstractly-logical, economic-mathematical. Results: the complex research of the modern situation in land using by agricultural firms of Sumy region, was done the perspectives of the development of land rent in the region were grounded. Novelty: forming of theoretical bases of ecological commitments and their financing sources has been substantiated; perspectives of geoinformative technologies application in land relations lease organization have been revealed; methods of optimum land - tenure dimensions determination and mechanism of amortization of right for lease of agricultural plot of land as non-material assets have been proposed; the model of functioning of leasing operations with plots of land and their lease right, economic mechanism of estimation and mortgage of lease right for agricultural plot of land, possibilities of crediting increase and normative-legislative basis perfection, index of cost for production grown on the given plot of land and its influence upon dimension of lease right value have been defined more exactly. Field of practical use: agricultural firms-tenants, government bodies of different levels, agrarian high-schools.
