Yakubiv V. The Increasing of the Effectiveness Regional Agroformations' Resource Potential Use.

Object of research - process of effectiveness increase in the sphere of resource potential usage at agricultural enterprises of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. The purpose of research - substantiation of theoretical and methodological regulations and elaboration of recommendations on effectiveness increase in the sphere of resource potential usage at agricultural enterprises. Method of research - systemic, scientific abstraction, monographic, statistical-economical, contrasted analysis, synthesis, graphical and others. Theoretical and practical results - the formulated scientific results, conclusions and recommendations may be used for increase of effectiveness in the sphere of resource potential usage at agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty - for the first time is offered new method of effective resource potential usage at agricultural enterprises, which is based at optimal correlation of resource components in manufacturing process which was formed by means of economical-mathematical modeling at thebasis of economical and ecological factors; specification of notion of resource potential at agricultural enterprises; specification of tendencies of resource usage improvement by means of sequential organizational-economical measures; specification of development strategy at agricultural enterprises; development of methodical approaches to determination of usage effectiveness and renewal of recourse potential; substantiation of perspectives and determination of peculiarities of formation, usage and renewal of resources at the example of big and small agricultural enterprises; recommendations on stimulation of land resources' renewal. Degree of introduction - results of the research were used in practical activity of the Main Department of agricultural development in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast State Administration, Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of agricultural production at UAAS and in educational process of Precarpathian National university named after V. Stefanyk. Efficiency - results of the research will contribute to the effectiveness of resource potential usage at agricultural enterprises and their profitable functioning.
