Sudarenko O. Legal regulation of the house building in Ukraine

Thesis research is complex research of the problems of legal regulation of housing building financing. the author grounds new science conditions, specifies content of notions, terms that are significant for science and practice. the author analyses the legal regulation mechanism of housing building financing in Ukraine and on the ground of scientific analyses makes specific propositions its improvement. The author's definition of housing building is provided at this work. The author grounds that in Ukraine together wish budgetary financing of the house building emerged and developed state crediting of the house building and bank lending of the house building with the liability compensated partially at the expense of the budgetary funds, legal status of the institutions using these budgetary funds.
