Essay

New derivatives of spinaceamine containing pharmacophoric groups are obtained. The catalytic (Pd/C) hydrogenation for 4-phenyl(pyridil)spinaceamines under normal conditions is studied. A new 5-benzyl(pyridyl)histamines and histidines are obtained. The derivatives of 4-phenyl-spinaceamine are dehydrogenated upon heating with elementary sulphur and 4-phenylsubstituted imidazo[4,5-c]pyridines are synthesized. Analogous substances are obtained by dehydrogenation of 4-phenylspinacine derivatives using sulphur because this process proceeds with oxidizing decarboxylation.
