Yurchenko Y. State management in the field of social protection: theoretical and metodological aspects

The object is the sphere of the social defense of the population as an element of the state social policy, structure that provides the functioning of the social defense of the population on state, regional and local levels. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the formation and realization of the state policy in the sphere of social defense of the population, the role and the place of the public administration organs in the practical realization of this policy into life. The methods are systematic analysis, statistical, deductive, inductive, structural and functional analysis, comparative analysis, comparative and retrospective, historical. The newness is that the essence of the functions of the executive organs of the country has been scientifically analyzed; the analysis of the evolution of the creation and development of the public administration of the social defense of the population in Ukraine is done; the role of the local government organs in the realization of the social defense of the population has been scientifically investigated. The results are that the model of the social defense of the population administration on the local level taking into account the principle of the complexity and flexibility has been improved; the conceptual aspects of the public administration of the social defense of the population have found their further development.
