The thesis for examined in succession the theoretical questions of criminal process, such problem questions as using the competition principle at different stages in the Ukrainian criminal process, bear witness the ways of their decision in the dissertation investigation. Accordingly to conducted analysis of other's countries legislations or valided Ukrainian legislations, it was determined the next line of development, the competition principle in Ukrainian criminal process, the wais of impraement it's application or the uhole and on the separate stages of the criminal process. The changes to legislative acts of Ukraine are offered in the aspect of this problem.
