Research subjects: 110 children with heart rhythm disturbances (HRD). Research objectives: the researcher motivation of different selection of the heliotherapy regime in children with arrhythmia on sanatorium treatment (ST). Methods: clinical, functional, psychological, statistical, methods. Theoretical and practical results: it is determinate, that the estimation of heart rhythm and vegetative regulation is essential at a choice of differentiated heliotherapy regime ; it is proved, that the climate correction of changes of main vegetoregulating systems allows to increase effi-ciency of ST of HRD in children. Novelty: for the first time on the basis of biorhythmical evaluation of state of the cardiovascular system's the possibility of their participation in arrhythmia pathogenesis is shown. In this work it is studied the dynamics of indexes of the 24-hour's monitoring of the ECG displays of arrhythmic syndromes, heart rate, arterial pressure and variability of cardiac rhythm under influence of theclimate therapy in different seasons. It was revealed the disbalanse of different character and expressions, regarding infant health, in indexes of the cardiovascular sys-tem, physiological status and physical working capacity, as well as of the state of vegetative nervous system in children with disturbances of cardiac rhythm on the sanatorium-resort stages of rehabilitation. There were seen positive changes in the form of reduction of arterial pressure, heart rate, mental and physical working capacity in children with arrhythmia in summer after the course of sun baths with diffused radiation in the light (I) regime, which were accompanied by the expressed constant antiarrhythmic effect.
