Fedotova T. Мythоlogеmas of fire and sun in Ukrainian literature: models of interpretation.

The dissertation is the first attempt of system analysis of art works with the definite fire and sun symbolises. Subject of research is art reflection of fire and sun motives in folklore and in literature, in it's fast development from past times till today, as a reflection Ukrainian ideologystick principle of acclesiastical world. The author makes a great attention to the ratio of original and borrowed elements in symbols of sun. In research we can see a retrospective view of the process of art implementation of image of fire and sun in works of Ukrainian literature (image transformation in submission and belief of Ukrainians, art development in nineteenth century, understanding in works of twentieth century). This research is based on folklore, on Ukrainian literature of nineteenth - twentieth century, e.g. works of Gregory Skovoroda, Taras Shevchenko, Lesya Ukrainka, Mikhail Kocubinskiy, Vladimir Vinnichenko, Paulo Tichina and Ivan Drach.
