Reznikova V. Legal Regulation of Joint Economic Activity in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of legal regulation of joint economic activity in Ukraine. The notion of joint economic activity has been defined. The main features as a specific economic and legal phenomenon from the point of view of its economic and legal essence have been distinguished. The notion, content and peculiarities of joint economic activity have been revealed. The legal forms of performance of joint economic activity have been researched. Special attention has been paid to the legal basis, to the notion, features and types of agreements of joint economic activity, to legal regulation of the conclusion of contracts, to the problematic aspects of execution and suspension of contracts of joint economic activity. The peculiarities of legal regulation of contracts for joint economic activity with the participation of overseas investors have been defined. The legal basis, functions and problematic aspects of the state registration have been characterized. The peculiarities and perspective of legal regulation of overseas investments as contributions to the joint economic activity and legal forms of performance of joint economic activity with the participation of overseas investors have been researched.
