Object - patients by a low-ampular cancer of a rectum; methods - clinical, tool, statistical; Novelty - the diagnostic opportunities and importance of endovascular computer-tomographical angiography and transrectal endosonography for specified diagnostics of a low-ampular cancer of a rectum are determined, on the basis of study of length internal sphincter of a rectum and data of specified diagnostics, the necessity of optimization of surgical tactics for treatment of the patients by a cancer of this localization is proved, the modern surgical techniques (the anal demucosation with sphincter-, sphincterlevatorplastic) are advanced, rehabilitatal tactics is advanced at surgical treatment of the patients by a a low-ampular cancer of a rectum, the profound study of life quality of the patients by a low-ampular cancer of a rectum in the investigated groups is carried out, that has allowed to achieve good functional results in 78,97 % of the patients in the basic group, in comparison from 54,6 % - in control; results - increase of efficiency of treatment, branch - medicine.
