Denysenko A. Management of investment activities at agricultural organizations.

The research is devoted to the complex study of theoretical aspects of management of investment activity of agricultural enterprises and designation of main guidelines in improvement of its efficiency. In this research, main aspects of socioeconomic side of investment activity of the agricultural enterprises, peculiarities and principles of its efficient management have been studied. There have been analyzed the state and basic tendencies of formation of a control system of investment activity of the agricultural enterprises at state and inter - regional levels. There have been defined priorities and goals of state investment policy in the sphere of investment activity of agricultural enterprises, and have been drafted proposals for improvement of it.There have been drafted and offered for employment the integral index for the estimation of management efficiency at agricultural enterprises, stated approaches to designation of the optimal method of the estimation of the invest management efficiency.
