Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics of a stable angina by complex studying features of fatty acids metabolism, power exchange, cellular permeability and inflammatory cytokines secretion. At stable angina in lipids of plasma and erythrocytes the unidirectional changes educe, the maintenance of saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids varies; the permeability of membranes increases and there is power deficiency in cells. Features of inflammatory cytokines secretion are rising their level at long and serious flow of disease, an attrition of a functional reserve of mononuclear cells. We have composed the schema of inflammatory cytokines secretion which can be used at an assessment of a degree of immune distresses and application immune corrected drugs in complex therapy of stable angina.
