Essay

The method of the theoretical determination of power conditions of descaling from the rod surface in the roller scale breaker is improved taking in account physical and technological features of the process. Theoretical approaches are developed to total degree determination of metal deformation in the indicated terms. The research of roller scale breaker parameters influence on power and deformations terms for purveyance. The influence of scale greasing fractions on antifriction technological lubricant properties by last is appreciated. The new equipment providing high cleaning quality of rod surface from scale after scale breaker in a stream with wire-drawing is developed. The area of applicability of this technology is wiredrawing.
