Object of research: The process of formation agrotechnical and repairing maintenance of the agroindustrial complex AR of Crimea. The purpose: the development of scientific - methodical and theoretical statements on an economic ground of the rational organization and the formation of agrotechnical and repairing maintenance of agricultural technical equipment systems in the conditions of forming market in the agroindustrial complex. Methods: dialectical, abstractly - logical, economic and statistical, a method of comparisons, retrospective -perspective, correlated and regression, design - constructive, expert estimations, mathematical modeling. Results: the development of the scientifically-grounded conception of forming agro technical attendance and the development of agricultural repair base at a regional level. Novelty. The first time: limits of efficiency functioning of repair - transport factories; forecasting model of repair base of regional agricultural repair base is proved; the methodical approach of rational accommodation of repair manufacture in interrelation with a level of development of agricultureу in regional areas is proved. Obtained more specific information: the conception of agrotechnical maintenance of agroindustrial complex; the methodical grounds of definition the needs of technical services system on future trends and their optimal concentration in region; the charge of amortization on the fixed assets the accelerated method negatively effects on the growth of the cost price of agricultural production were obtained. The theory of corporate attitudes (relations) in agrotechnical maintenance's system in agroindustrial complex has received the further development, formation the agrotechnical centers in region was economically well founded.
