Essay

The thesis is devoted to a problem of concentration infringements of growth factors in patients with essential hypertension and the infringements connected to it structurally functional condition of arterial vessels, an estimation of an opportunity of return development of infringements of growth factors metabolism, and also viscoelastic properties and a structure condition of arterial vessels under influence of antihypertensive therapy by antagonists of receptors of angiotensin II. 120 patients with essential hypertension and practically healthy 30 persons are surveyed, estimated a metabolism of growth factors under the contents in blood whey vasculoendotelhial growth factor, somatotropine, endotelhin-1 and angiotensin-II. viscoelastic properties of arterial vessels elastic type estimated by shpymography, spent occlusive pletismography for studying hypertrophyc processes in arteries of muscular type. Results of research have shown, that monotherapy by telmisartan is accompanied by essential reductionof production of endothelin -1, vasculoendotelhial growth factor and somatotropine, and also improvement of viscoelastic properties of elastic type arteries and a structurally functional condition of muscular type arterial vessels. Key words: essential hypertension, arterial vessels, viscoelastic properties, growth factors, metabolism, antagonists of angiotensin-II receptors, telmisartan.
