Object – cardiac rhythm disturbances in pregnant patients; methods – clinical, laboratory, instrumental (electrocardiography, echocardiography), psychometric, statistical; novelty – risk factors of heart rhythm disturbances in gestation and prognostic criteria of development of systemic hypoperfusion or increasing of heart failure symptoms in pregnant patients with arrhythmias were found; on the basis of these criteria risk score of the cardiac events were developed, efficacy of non-pharmacological measures and antiarrhythmic agents (metoprolol, etazicine) in pregnant patients with cardiac arrhythmias were established; results – the quality of diagnostics and efficacy of prognosis of heart rhythm disturbances in pregnant patients on the basis of developed predictors of cardiovascular complications was improved as well as choice of optimal treatment strategy was found; branch – medicine.
