Essay

Dissertation comprises a new mathematical and structural model of surface microstructure of aluminium condenser foil for calculation of its specific capacity. Developed structure takes into account geometric parameters of cells of aluminium oxide that provide sizes of pores created in the process of digestion and it allows foreseeing this process. There was developed a new technology of impulse digestion of anode foil that allows to get parameters of specific capacity not less than 170 mkF/cm2 with 10 V. It was mentioned that it is necessary to conduct the process of digestion on a vertical place of the bath using ultrasound purification of pores from products of digestion and temporal pulsing of impulses of other polarity for more equal digestion providing equality of creation of pores and achievement of given parameter. The scheme of replacement of aluminum electrolytic condenser was improved; it takes into account not only active but reactive ingredient of electro conduction of electrolytes. It wasshown that in order to increase specific capacity of foil it is necessary to make modification in its surface with the help of multistage formation of anode foil with addition of ions of such metals as titanium, tungsten for formative electrolyte that allowed increasing dielectric conduction of oxide layer from 25 to 40 depending from quantity of stages of formation.
