Essay

The author identifies the reproductive risk factors observed in women suffering from chronic salpingo-oothecitis. For the first time new pathogenic links are demonstrated between chronic complications stemming from salpingo-oothecitis and hemodynamic uterine and ovarian arterial malfunctions. An algorithm of diagnostic criteria relating to chronic salpingo-oothecitis is developed and introduced. The author takes a differentiated approach to the treatment and rehabilitation of women's reproductive functions against the background of chronic inflammatory diseases of women's reproductive organs.
