The research is dedicated to possibility of treatment optimization in myocardial infarction patients in prehospital stage. In this investigation is grounded the possibility of their quality of life improvement during the first 24 hours and prolonging of their life due to using of nonhemoglobin gas carrier (Perftoran) and prehospital beginning of the treatment. It's proven that this method permits to take a side benefit in treatment of such patients: to decrease the quantity of complications, and time of treatment in intensive care unit, to accelerate the rehabilitation
