Essay

The investigation is devoted to the formation of professional qualities of future junior specialists of the nutrition. The list of the main professional qualities for the nutrition specialists is scientifically based and systemized. It's shown that the main principle qualities in this sphere are the interest to the profession, independence and skill. The possibilities of the formation of professional qualities of the future junior specialists of nutrion in the process of teaching was investigated and it is ascertained that in the conditions of the traditional education they are formed insufficiently and spontaneously to the most extend. The author made and trained the block of the active methods of teaching according to the professional activity (business, role plays, trainings, analysis and solving the working problems, teaching discussions, lections in cooperation, etc.) to enhance the effectivness of the formation of professional qualities of the future junior specialists of the nutrient sphere. Thestudents of high educational institutions of the І-ІІ degrees accredited was taken as an example.
