The dissertation work is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical posi-tions and practical recommendations in relation to the effective and economic production activity of agricultural enterprises of the capital region' suburban area. Theoretical essence, features and mechanism of the agricultural enterprises effec-tive menage in the markets transformations con-ditions are investigated. Methodical bases of re-search of efficiency of menage agricultural en-terprises of suburban area are difined. The retro-spective analysis is carried out and the agricul-tural production progress trends are discovered in the capital region becoming and role of different types of agrarian enterprises in the regional AIC system is investigated, the organizationally-economic mechanisms of agricultural enterprises economic activity of different ownership and menage patterns are exposed. The strategy of the effective development of suburban area of agri-cultural enterprises is well-proven, the volumes of the capital population solvent demand as well as the vegetable goods break-even production in agrarian enterprises are provided. The ways of deepening of integrations processes and the agro-industrial organizational structures forming in the suburban area are offered, in particular the dif-ferent variants of agroholding structures creation.
