Pоlіshchuk І. Clinical-pathogenetic a substantiation of rational methods of preventive maintenance of complications at pregnant women with preeklampsy

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of new approaches to pathogenesis of prieklampsie. The interrelation between biochemical, immunological infringements and type of hemodinamik is established. An endogenous intoxication owing to growth of processes lipid peroxide oxidation, depression in activity of antioxidant protection that occur on a background of cellular disbalance, gumoral immunity, changes of cytokine a structure and levels of endotelyn and oxide of nitrogen are resulted to hipostatetik damages of compensating functional polyorgan by those of polysystem insufficiency. The methods of control after clinical motion of preeklampsy of pregnant are offered. Expediency of the differentiated application glutargin, reosorbealakt and refortan is proved. Medical pathogenetic complex of correction of the found out infringements is developed and introduced that has allowed to lower frequency obstetric and perynatal complications at the given category of pregnant women.
