Dissertation is dedicated to study efficiency реrmanent atrial fibrillation (AF) long-term therapy amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or carvedilol on basis establishment its comprehension with gender and age factors, quality life, type reactions heart rate variability (HRV) total power spectrum in an асute pharmacological test (APhT) and functional class (FC) chronic heart failure (ChHF). As а result conducted complex observation efficiency long-term therapy реrmanent AF amiodarone and its combinations with metoprolol or carvedilol at patients with ischemic heart diseases (IHD) and arterial hypertension (AH) are shown. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
