Essay

An analysis of man-caused accidents in Donbass coal mines has been made. It has been established that more frequent reasons of man-caused accidents.Clinical manifestations of delayed consequences characterized by damage of cardio-vessel and nervous system at the background of the progressive worsening of psycho-emotional state have been analyzed. It has been proved that the risk factors of delayed consequences of acute intoxications. Measures on rehabilitation of coal miners with delayed conse-quences of intoxications have been elaborated; appropriateness of hyperbaric oxygenation use in complex prevention has been proved; an analysis of its efficiency has been made. Algorithm of an individual selection of hyperbaric oxygenation regime has been proposed. The scheme of dispensary observation has been developed.
