Essay

Strategic management at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Development of methodical regulations and substantiation of practical methods of process' improvement. The author concentrated at the process of formation and realization of a marketing strategy at manufacturers of foodstuffs under the condition of seasonal demand stagger. Comparative analysis, statistical analysis, method of expert evaluation, economical and mathematical methods and models. The author suggested new method for determination of compliance of enterprise's strategic intentions to conditions of business sphere. The work improved methodical recommendations concerning formation of marketing strategy at enterprises of food industry and logistical mechanisms of products' distribution. The author used methodical approaches to marketing forecasting, substantiation of actions' consequence at the basis of analysis of competitive advantages of an enterprise and forms of foodstuffs' sales system organization. Results of the research were introduced at enterprises and in educational process. Sphere of usage: management at industrial enterprise.
