Essay

For overcoming uncertainty in conditions of mixed economics the technique of organisation -technological simulation of construction is offered on the basis of fuzzy logic and fuzzy-technology. The basis of a gener-ated technique is made the model of identification of risk of the initiators of the building project and con-structed with usage of indistinct parameters network model " activities - tops". The reliability of the contractors for the inves-tor, on the given technique, is evaluated through lin-guistic estimations is brave, which one are offered by the theory of indistinct measures. With the help of gen-erated (set up) software products the obtained estima-tions are transformed to an integral estimation of overall risk of the contractors. Is developed innovations model of "activities-tops", due to usage of indistinct parameters rationally adapted to conditions of uncertainty. Designed technique of simulation of construc-tion on the basis of indistinct criteria the rational scientific basis formining a time schedule of the building project with allowance for of conditions of mixed economics.
