Essay

The thesis is devoted to the pragmalinguistic and psycholinguistic analysis of a phenomenon of the speaker's self-correction during the process of generation of the expression. The dissimilar illustration by voluntary attention of self-control of the different sides of a language sign (domination of meaning above the form) and different levels of language (the level of a word is corrected first of all) is revealed. Pragmatic potential of a choice of surface structure is stated. The intralinguistic and interlinguistic self-correction was examined.
