The thesis is devoted to actual problems of criminalistic providing of investigation of the mercenary-violent organized felonious activity: to disclosure of concept and essence of methods of investigation of crimes; to construction of a standard model of felonious activity and determination of directions of its practical usage; typing of investigatory versions of a firsr stage of investigation of crimes; to development of the criminalistic program for investigation of felonious activity; to determination of singularities of organization and tactics of conducting of separate investigatory actions; to disclosure of the perspective forms both mechanisms of interaction of the investigators and operating workers at investigation of crimes; to study both map of foreign experience and formulation of sentences about its usage in activity on investigation of the indicated crimes.
