Kulagina M. Pharmacognosical study of рlants of Duschekia Opiz genus.

A comprehensive pharmacognosical study of the bark, leaves and infructescences of D. viridis, D. maximowiczii and D. fruticosa is carried out. 19 individual compounds (3 derivatives of benzoic acids, 5 oxycinnamine acids, 3 coumarins, 4 flavonoids and 4 alagotanids) are isolated and their structure is determined. The aminoacid, fatty acid and microelement compositions of the рlant raw material a determined. A comparative morphological and anatomical study and the quantitative determination of biologically active substances of the species of Duschekia genus are made. The pre-clinical pharmacological study of biological complexes extracted from the vegetative and generative organs of D. viridis is carried out. A method for obtaining of the special sum of polyphenol compounds with the antimicrobic, anti-inflammatory and diuretic actions (called by "Duschekin") from the mature infructescences of D. viridis is invented
