Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of psychological peculiarities of formation of actional potential in pupil's personality. The essence and the psychologically-educational matter of the definition of " actional potential of pupil's personality" have been covered. The psychologically-educational principles for evaluation of actional potential of senior pupil have been developed and proved, and the basic criteria of which have been recognized as the following: pupils' cognitive and emotional perception of the importance of actional activity, subjective and objective incentives and the ways of their actualization, subjective xperience of actional activity in different spheres of life activity. On the basis of scientific research the necessity of consideration of actional approach as the most prospective one in the solution of psychologically-educational problems of bringing up the future generation has been substantiated and experimentally proved. The empirical study of the level of the development ofthe actional potential has allowed revealing the individually-typological characteristics of actional potential of senior pupils in accordance with its components: "I find myself", "I want", "I can", "I react". The psychological peculiarities of the development of actional potential of senior pupils have been elucidated and they have proved principal possibility of the development and actualization of their actional activity in the conditions of an educational establishment.
